During covid she held a strong stand and went against the crowd. She is not easily moved in her convictions. She started and underground school with over 70 children. It was illegal at the time and they had to hide vehicles in the back and lock all the doors in fear of getting arrested for not only having people in her home but having 70 children. She created much of the curriculum and her teaching style is unlike many you have seen. She leads with Character building and self esteem.

She has run numerous children's programs with this focus including summer camps across Manitoba. Tami ran Shine dance for over ten years with her daughters teaching them work ethic and how to lead. The focus was to be different than the typical dance studios. She focused on Character and self esteem and creativity focuses with God at the center. .

Tami homeschooled her girls for 14 years and loved every minute of it. When asked why she replied " I wanted them to watch me do life, to see how I handle stress and conflict and emulate that. I wanted to build their self esteem and love for God first and work ethic. I wanted to spend as much time with them when they were little as I could because I understand how short this time is with them."

She fell into the world of network marketing with a bang. She had a huge influence and rose to the top of the company in 6 short months and broke many records in her companies. She loves to work with her sister and spend time with her girls and boyfriend.
